Michael Fisher is a native of Jacksonville, FL. graduate of the University of Florida via Robert E. Lee High School.

Michael has been working in mortgage origination since 2002, and became a state licensed Mortgage Broker in 2005. After working in retail mortgage lending he entered wholesale lending in 2008.

Amy began her career in the mortgage industry in 2006 as a state licensed mortgage broker, and has spent nearly a decade as an underwriter at Chase. This knowledge has translated into her ability with superior income calculations and product guidelines. In 2018 she left Chase and began to originate loans with Oak Street Financial. 

Michael and his wife, Amy, founded Warwick Funding, LLC. in 2021 and became full mortgage lenders funding their own loans. To this day they have personally assisted thousands in achieving their home ownership goals.

They continues to grow their expertise, and their professional history will ensure that Warwick Funding will thrive; even in extremely volatile market environments.
